In the summer of 2014 as one of the members of Interaction Design Foundation, I was promoted to country manager, as my responsibilities were to build a communi-ty of designers with all level of experience who want to share knowledge, ideas and discuss the new trends and technologies as help each other.
I started organizing meetings on which I was explaining what the idea of this foun-dation and this community is and soon I built a small group of like minded people who wanted to help each other, share and gain knowledge.
I started to invite start-ups on our group events as they were presenting us with their products and their business as our role as professionals from all levels were to try to help them with ideas, to brainstorm around a certain problem they have and give them guidelines how they could improve the user experience of their software.
