Maintenance  

Each and every installation is backed up by one of our service packages. Without regular effective maintenance and servicing, the equipment you use will soon enough deteriorate increasing your chance of potential problems, such as equipment not working to the high standard required, potential failure or false alarms.  

All installations come with a one-year parts and labour warranty with no additional charges for call out during this period. Repairs and maintenance found necessary outside the warranty period will be charged at preferential rates.

Our engineers are available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are on site within our 4-hour response window. Whether the level of cover you require is big, small or needs alarm monitoring (compulsory for Intruder Alarm installations) we have a package to suit your needs.

• 2 free emergency call-outs• 1 annual preventative service visit (2 a year for amonitored alarm)

Silver Cover

• Unlimited emergency call outs excluding parts andlabour
