LBC Admin Access to USA Boxing’s Match Tracker
As a LBC administrator, you have the ability to enter match results, verify results or make modifications
to match results that have already been entered.
To add match results or matches to your event, plus open “LBC Events” in the left navigation. Then click
on “My LBC Events”. Press the edit button next to the event you would like to add match results too.

Click on the “Matches” tab from within your sanctioned event.

From the Matches tab, you will see all matches that have been entered into your sanctioned event.
From this tab you have the ability to:
1. Enter new match results (“+Add Match Results”)
2. Modify existing match results, if they have not been verified yet.
3. Verify Match Results
4. Review existing match results for your event.
5. Review verified match results.

1. Enter New Match Results
Select the Division for the match.
Select the weight class for the match.

Either type in the first few letters of the first or last name OR enter the member ID for the boxer in the
“Boxer Red Corner” field.

As you begin typing a list will populate with possible individuals to add to your match. (Repeat these
steps for “Boxer Blue Corner”)

Once your boxers are selected, choose a winner of the bout.
Select the “Type of win” from the dropdown selection.

Once you have finished entering in the results, press the Add Match button to submit your match
information.

Your results will be listed within the match information below. After entering in your match results you
will be able to go back into those results and verify if needed. You can also simply add in all match
results and then go to the “Pending Match Results” navigation link and verify the match results. Once
the information is verified no modifications can be made.

2. Editing Non-Verified Match Results
If you have entered information incorrectly, simply click on the “Edit” button next to the match and
adjust the information accordingly.

From the edit screen, you can change the Weight Class, Winner and Type of Win. Once you finalize your
edits, click the “Edit Match” button. You can also add Medical Restrictions if any occurred during the
bout. If the boxers or information is incorrect, you may also “Delete Match”.

3. Verify Match Results
From the navigation, click on the “Pending Match Results” link. This page will allow you to verify match
results across all events within your LBC that need verification.
Click on the “Verify Results” Button.

Make any modifications as needed, as well as add any medical restrictions that may have occurred
during the bout. Once all information looks correct, click the “Verify Match Results” button.

Once verified match results will no longer be available within this page. To review verified match
results, click on the “Verified Match Results” link within your navigation.

4. Review your Match results
Once your matches have been entered, you can review your results from the Matches tab or by clicking
on the “Pending Match Results” link under the “LBC Events” section of the navigation.
Statuses:
Completed – This status is for any results that have been entered and a winner has been chosen.
Pending – This status will be displayed if you decide to enter in your matches prior to the matches
happening.
Verified – This status will be displayed once the Official in Charge, Chief of Official for your LBC or LBC
Administrator has verified the results of your matches.
Medical Notes:
If any medical restrictions occurred during the match, they will be listed under the match details. These
medical restrictions will be listed within the individual’s record that has this restriction as well. There is
also a display under “Medical Restrictions” from the navigation. It will show any and all medical
restrictions throughout the entire system. This is designed for all club admins and sanction holders to
review medical restrictions about any boxer.

5. Review Verified Results
From the “LBC Events” navigation section, simply click on the link “Verified Match Results”. This
page will list all sanctioned events that have verified match results within your LBC. All LBC Events
with verified match results will be listed here.
