Diploma In Nurslns • Hold an active, valid, current, and unencumbered RN llcense. Ifthe applicant does not hold a
current RN license, he or she must wccessfully pass the NCLEX examination prior to enrolllna In Transition to Practice (BGSU course NURS 3028).
• Provide transcripts from all prevtouslv attended colleges
