Amend Visual Corridors section to allow flagpoles to exceed City’s 16-foot height limit provided the flagpole:

1. Is located on parcel of at least 120 acres2. Is consistent with height restrictions identified in Visual

Corridors section of certified LUP3. Attains height variance from City4. Is located on property providing 20 free public parking spaces,

public restrooms, drinking fountain, and public bench seating
