Hey AIESEC Skia!

September and October were very intense months in our country. Energize with 'IC bring back' and functional meetings, recruitment with more than 300 applications, LICs with your MC coaches, EuroCo for LCPs and preparation for the biggest national conference 'Dare'.

We learned a lot working hard in different areas, we grew as a country in our membership, we overachieved GIP incoming results of last year but the thing which matters: we explored our new possibilities, our hidden talents, we developed our skills, tested ourselves in AIESEC to prepare for better future.

Just think for a while reading this newsletter: what was my contribution in these results? What did I experience while doing it? How will it help me working in external reality or applying for next position in AIESEC to lead our country to better future?

What happened in our LCs in October?

Main successes: - recruitment (plan 35 apl., received:42)

Main challenges: - october as a whole month I would say, because of many events, recruitment, conferences...

October realizations: 5 reality / 6 plan

- 3rd round of Educate Slovakia finished accompanied by great Global Village in Europa Shopping Center (ESN students also presented their countries) - LIC with our awesome chair Tomáš Dzurenda, and the main message was "I was here, I made a difference." IG PO brought their amazing newies too :)

Main successes:- OGX recruitment - 86 applications for internship --> best recruitment in AIESEC Skia :)- everyone satisfied with LIC :)

Main challenges:- changes in EB structure- loss from MDC selling

October realizations: 3 reality / 3 plan

Main successes:- overall Q4 (october, november, december) plan fulfilled with current 62 X- over 100% plan fulfillment of application recieved in OGP recruitment - over 100% plan fulfillment of application recieved in TMP recruitment

Main challenges:- only 2 weeks for all recruitment and selection- striving with HR capacity during the rctm- GIPo gap in matches

- October realizations: 10 reality / 6 plan

Main successes: - 4 raises in GCDPi (Educate Slovakia)- national OPS organized- OGP recruitment- crazy and amazing LIC

Main challenges:- GIPo matching- no raises in GIPi

October realizations: 0 reality / 0 plan :)

KEMain successes: - recruitment - we fulfilled our plan for applications for 122,86%, the growth in comparison with the last year is 95,45% and also we had more newbies on LIC than we planned (we wanted to have 15 but we had 22)

Main challenges: - raising schools for Educate Slovakia project (now we have 3 potential)

October realizations: 2 reality / 4 plan

Main successes: - successful workshop from our partner Personel Efekt, s.r.o on Technical University- 9 amazing newies and awesome LIC with great Conference Manager - Robko, charming Chair - Ana, Crazy facis, incredible conference partners: Personel Efekt, s.r.o, RYBA Kosice, spol. s.r.o, CINEMAX, AIDA. - starting cooperation with organisation Best.- LCPicka Veronika attended EuroCo 2012

Main challenges:- troubles with bank account- tax audit- finantial situation - we replan our plan, as all of you already know, so we changed our focuses just on GIP. - rctm results - we didnt achieve our plan of applications and new members. - GIPi - focus on language schools was not successful, we didnt raise any TN after more than 1 month of selling- GIPo - not achieving our plan.

October realizations: 1 reality / 0 plan

Main successes: - overachievement of number of applications (25 planned, 27 received), - Preshow's first GIPo realization (wo-hoo!)

Main challenges:- few of our newies already left, but on the other hand, it is to say that the remaining ones are really amazing and we are very happy to have them :) Moreover, right now we are about to start ongoing RCTM.
