Updates
Christmas Dinner – The COMM team has been busy planning the Christmas Din-
ner, designing Christmas Cards and working on the Project Global Village, which is becom-
ing more and more real. Be curious about it... soon we will provide you with further in-
formation! Also we have participated on a video project that will be realized by LC Bo-
chum in Germany. As soon as the Video is out we will share it with you!
Comm
Events team – The IM Events Team has been planning some nice events for our In-
terns and our members. Last Saturday they organized a tour through the Christmas Mar-
ket in Zurich. They had a nice time watching all the cute little stands and drinking some
Glühwein to keep them warm. Furthermore they are participating in an IT Project: It's a
master thesis, where a platform will be created to facilitate the matching process four us
and our members. This seems to be a very useful tool. We're looking forward to see what
it looks like!
IM
Accounting software – The Finance Team has been updating the accounting
software in order to make budgeting easier and more structured for the future. Also they
have been preparing a finance presentation to present at the LCM to destroy the image of
finance being 'booooooooring'.
F
Progress – The CD team is almost done with sales. Though it is very hard to gain new
companies there are around 15 enterprises who confirmed so far. The atmosphere in the
team is amazing and although all of the members are super busy during this time, they're
highly committed to make CD a success! The team has also begun to check on some mar-
keting and promo activites. They came up with some pretty promising ideas such as CD-
coffecups or fortune cookies. For now all the tasks are distributed and each and every
member know what to do. They are all giving their best to make our partners happy -
therefore they will also send them a Christmas card =)
Good job Career Days Team!!

General Assembly
Last Wednesday we had our General
Assembly. It was an exciting event for
the oldies and even more for the ne-
wies: They finally got accepted as full
members of AIESEC Zurich with voting
rights and all the other advantages that
come with it =)
After a sometimes tricky challenge,
where the new members had to guess
the abbreviations of many of the terms
we use in AIESEC, the 'loosers' had to
perform a karaoke version of Britney
Spears' Baby one more time. It was de-
finitely fun for everyone who had the
pleasure to watch them. Probably it was
also a lot of fun for the karaoke singers.
After this first part,, the old EB of
2011/2012 stepped up and presented
their results to the crowed. They show-
ed their achievements and what didn't
went so well. All in all it was a success-
ful year and the members discharged
them of their responsibilities. Now it's all
up to the new EB... so you better don't
mess it up ;)
Last but not least we got to choose the
new OCP for DO IT 2013, the conference
that takes place annually in autumn and
that will be organized by LC Zurich next
year. We had two very charming candi-
dates for this position: Rusa Izol and
Raphael Balimann. Both of them delivered
a great speech and showed high motivati-
on to take the position as OCP. In the end
Raphael made the run and got elected.
Congratulations to both of them. You both
did an awesome job. Now we can defini-
tely be looking forward to the next DO IT!
