Grande Suite PlageAll these waterfront suites overlook the stunning Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon, offering spectacular panoramic oceanviews. The suites are luxurious and spacious, evoking arelaxed St Barth feel. The Suites, measuring from 45 to70 m2 (aprox. 500 to 800 sqft plus garden and terraces),are our most popular rooms and represent well over halfof the rooms at Le Sereno.

Villa Vue MerOne-bedroom Suites withseparate living area. Eachvilla is located on the hillsideproviding a stunning view ofthe Grand Cul de Sac cove.These spacious and confor-mable villas - 80 m2 (900sqft)- feature a wooden deckof 25 m2 (300 sq-ft) and aoutside garden that includesa large redwood hot tub (6feet in diameter) with massa-ge jets from where you canenjoy the view of the lagoon.

Villa du PêcheurDirectly located on the beach, La Villa du Pêcheur hasexpansive outdoor living space with garden, deck and apool right on the beach. These spacious and conformablevilla - 80 m2 (900 sqft) features a bedroom with a separa-te living area plus comfortable outdoor furnishings inclu-ding a dining room, oversize day beds and sun-loungers;undoubtedly one of St. Barth’s most luxurious suites.

Village du PêcheurLa Villa du Pêcheur can be combined with one or twoadjacent Grand Suite Plage to create a magnificent two orthree bedroom Suite called “Le Village du Pêcheur”. All rooms of the village are overlooking the water and allopen into the central garden, the deck and the privateswimming pool.

Fresh Fish, Simplicity, Feet-in-the-Sand

Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs serves fresh seafood in anelegant yet relaxed environment. The emphasis is on fre-shness, this is the place for fresh fish in St. Barth.

Local fishermen arrive at Le Sereno in their boats to deli-ver their daily catch, which is complemented by the bestfish and meats flown in directly from France. In addition,we usually have larger whole fish that can be shared bythe whole table.

Our Chef takes the fresh ingredients and with a minimumof manipulation transforms them into simple and savorydishes. The fish is ”prepared as you like it”, whole or fille-

ted, grilled, seared or our famous whole fish “en croutede sel” (whole fish baked in a sea-salt crust).

Le Sereno serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the mainrestaurant. We also offer a Beach and Pool menu (theMenu Plage), served continuously from noon until dark.The Menu Plage, includes steaks, salads, brochettes,sandwiches, burgers, desserts and other dishes that youcan eat poolside, on the beach or in the dining room.

Before the meal or at any time during the day, you canhave a drink and relax at the Lounge and Martini Bar at LeSereno. The Lounge is next to the restaurant and alsooverlooks the bay.

A special mention for our authentic Bouillabaisse“à l’ancienne” EVERY FRIDAY and L’Aïoli EVERYWEDNESDAY.

le Sereno Villas

There are only three Le Sereno Villas.

Each has four bedrooms, very large living areas,expansive terraces, a landscaped garden, privateparking and an oversized pool with magnificentviews over the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon and theCaribbean beyond.

The Villas are delivered fully equipped and furnished.Le Sereno Villas offer a high degree of privacy whileallowing Villa owners access to all of Le Sereno’samenities and services, including room service, hou-sekeeping, concierge, maintenance, landscaping anda beach club, including a beachfront freshwater pool,and a gourmet restaurant.

Owners may also take advantage of rental manage-ment service, where the hotel will rent their Villawhen the owner is not in the residence and maintainthe property. Construction on Le Sereno Villas wascompleted on December 2009. You may arrange asite visit with your broker.
