GASKETS AND GRIPPING RINGS DETAILS
Full flow fitting allowing to adapt PE or uPVC pipe to a flanged accessory, complyingwith NF EN 1092 and ISO 2531 standards.Tightness and end-load retention:from O.D.40 up to O.D.140 and O.D. 180 - gasket with built-in gripping ring operatingsimultaneously to ensure fitting end-load retention and tightness. ( patented concept )from O.D.160 up to O.D.315 except O.D. 180 - profiled gasket and tapered gripping ringoperating one after another to ensure fitting end-load retention and tightness.Flat flange gasket with half snap ring profile, embedded and stuck ensuring full tightnessbetween the two connection flanges.Maximum assembly safety thanks to a long pipe fitment please see table - ( E )Ready assembled fitting.Fitment ensured without specific tools.Tightening torque checking with torque wrench.Angularity of pipe with sitting centre line allowed up to 3°.
