Who Are We?LeadEgypt is a student-centric human development organization that focuses on personal development, leadership, creative thinking, and character building through training programs for students from the age of 6 to 18.
LeadEgypt is the brainchild of the members of a family who would like to contribute to the movement of helping Egyptian students discover the value of responsibility, self-discipline, a better understanding of themselves and others, social and community development.
What Makes Us Different?
LeadEgypt is the only collation member in Egypt of Character Count, an accredited and renowned American organization that is certified in character building through various training programs for education and youth development. We have also developed partnerships with a number of other reputable accredited training institutions in the United States. We are the first center to offer a hands-on custom and personalized combination of skill based and character based training through highly skilled and experienced private vocational trainers.
Our MissionAs a training provider, LeadEgypt our mission is multifold. We aim to mold young Egyptians into productive citizens and future professionals who will actively participate in a competitive community at the local and global level and take up leadership roles in a democratic society. We believe that life and leadership skills, strong character building, and ethical practices play an important role in harnessing the potential of each and every young individual. We aim to create, convey, and apply knowledge through discovery, outreach, and engagement that will improve the quality of life of young Egyptians.
Our Training ProgramsAll of the training programs at LeadEgypt are about practicing personal leadership development to expand personal growth and opportunity and foster economic competitiveness.
Our leadership program is designed and adopted by a youth initiative known as LBB (Leadership Beyond Boundaries) launched by the CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) that is ranked among the Global Top 10 in Financial Times and Business Week in executive education. At LeadEgypt, we nurture the gifts of energy and creativity to transform today’s youth into tomorrow leaders.
This program comprises four modules: Understanding Self, Understanding Others, Leading Self, and Leading Others.
Our ICCT (Innovative, Creative and Critical Thinking) program has courses focused on developing higher level thinking and encourage a self-evaluation of student research and creative productions. Students are encouraged to take field trips that expand their area of study from a research oriented frame of mind to creative thinking. This training program is supported by Dr. Franny Dorothea McAleer who is an authorized trainer of De Bono’s well-known six thinking hats of critical and creative thinking systems.
Our T.R.R.F.C.C. program, which is the most influential force in character education, teaches children the Six Pillars of Character and the moral truths that allow them to distinguish right from wrong.
Our creative production programs teach students the necessary skills for media production and post-production. All programs include hands on projects that will get published through the various digital distribution channels. This program comprises music, video, photography, and drama.

When?
School year: After school hours from 5pm - 9pm (1 two-hour session a week). Duration depends on the program.
Summer and midterm holidays: 3 five-hour sessions per week. From 10am - 3pm.
Transportation?
Transportation can be arranged to and from the center.
