1• Analysis of previous documentation. Identification and analysis
of the current evaluation systems applicable to innovation and LEADER.
2.• Identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Quantitative

Identify the development potential of innovation and smart solutions in the current programming framework (2014-2020).
Identify existing evaluation needs and capacities at the activity, PLDS and PDR levels.

Standardize specific tools for monitoring and evaluating innovation and smart solutions:•within the framework of LEADER both at the level of activity•as well as at the level of the PLDS itself.
Provide a specific model that complies with the monitoring and evaluation requirements established by regulations, and that makes theimpact of innovation in the LEADER framework visible.
Establish a continuous improvement tool that allows the local action group to identify findings and incorporate the lessons learned into its management.
