The Board should be of sufficient size to provide necessary financial support, populate the teams/committees, plan & execute the events.
The Board should be diverse in composition to include: both genders, races, financial status, church affiliation, influence, etc.
To encourage participation, establish term limits of 3 years with extension by mutual consent of member and Director.
