Description: This online program provides key leadership skills for new and aspiring nurse leaders to take on jobs such as Nurse Manager, Administrative Coordinator and Coordinator through an excellent e-learning experience. Participants complete the program over 5 weeks with modules covering topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Basic Accounting and Finance, Ethics and Legal Issue, as well as improving Operations and Employee and Patient Satisfaction.
