Leadership Defined Leadership is the capacity to lead. To lead is to show the way by going in

advance or to guide action. Many jobs in Agriculture are too big for one

person, we must use the help of others. In order to lead we must have the

knowledge and skills necessary to complete the task. As well as the people skills to organize and manage the task with others.

Every Leader needs a plan. The difference between a dream and a

goal is a plan. A plan is a procedure determined by

thinking through the possibilities. What do you do after you have a plan?

Functioning in Society in a positive way. Example: Recycling, improving habitat for

local wildlife, tutoring other students. What role does citizenship play in the
