MOBILE PHONES AND DRIVING
A MOBILE PHONE MAY ONLY BE USED WHEN DRIVING IF:• It is secured in a commercially manufactured and designed mounting which is fixed to the vehicle
and does not obscure the driver’s view of the road.• It can be operated by the driver without touching any part of the phone, for example through the
use of Bluetooth technology or voice activation.
WHILE DRIVING , A MOBILE PHONE CAN NOT:• Rest on the driver’s leg, between the shoulder and ear or any other part of the body.• Be used for text messaging, emailing or other.• Be held in the driver’s hand other than to pass to a passenger.
Drivers can use the GPS function of a mobile, provided it is fixed in a mounting bracket.
THE LAW It is illegal in all Australian states and territories to use a hand-held mobile phone while driving.

AUTOMATED PREFERENCES HAS ARRIVED!The Strike Alpha cradle comes with NFC capability which allows
users to apply preferences to their phones and to have applications automatically open when the phone is placed in the
cradle. * NFC enabled handsets only.
WARRANTY Strike offers a 3-year warranty on the Strike iK-1 car kit and across
the entirety of the Strike Alpha Cradle range.
