it from tools menu within form option.

How to Create Templates?

Open a new message.

Add the text and apply styles and formatting.

Click the File tab and Choose Save As from left pane.

From the Save As Type drop-down, choose Outlook Template (*.oft).

Click Save and Outlook will save the template file to the default folder.

How to use existing template?

Click on Tools Menu.

Select Form >> choose from

>> Look in: User Templates

Files in system >> Open

Type email address in to, cc,

etc

Click on Send button.
