There are two kinds of intelligence: one acquired,as a child in school memorizes facts and conceptsfrom books and from what the teacher says, collecting information from the traditional sciencesAs well as from the new sciences. With such intelligence you rise in the world. You get ranked ahead or behind othersin regard to your competence in retaining information. You stroll with this intelligence in and out of fieldsof knowledge, getting always more marks on your preserving tablets.
There is another kind of tablet, onealready completed and preserved inside you.A spring overflowing its springbox. A freshness in the center of the chest. This other intelligencedoes not turn yellow or stagnate. It’s fluid, and it doesn’t move from outside to insidethrough the conduits of plumbing learning.
This second knowing is a fountainheadfrom within you, moving out.
Mevlana Celaleddin Rûmi (1207 – 1273)

Knowing “What” to do is not enough Talk should not substitute for action Fear should not prevent acting
on knowledge Use plans, analyses, meetings,
presentations to “inspire” deeds Turn knowledge and experience
into ACTION and achieve RESULTS

You have no ideaYou have no ideahow hard I have looked for a gift to bring You.how hard I have looked for a gift to bring You.Nothing seemed right.Nothing seemed right. What is the point of bringing gold to a gold mine,What is the point of bringing gold to a gold mine,or water to the ocean.or water to the ocean.Everything I came up withEverything I came up withwas like taking spices to the Orient.was like taking spices to the Orient. It is no good giving my heart and soul,It is no good giving my heart and soul, because You already have these.because You already have these. So – I have brought you a mirror. So – I have brought you a mirror.Look at yourself and remember me.Look at yourself and remember me.
