IN-HOUSE TRAINING

Our approach to in-house training is simple, transparent and effective.

We work in partnership with you, whether we’re delivering a single

course or a more comprehensive programme. We listen to your

requirements, challenges and goals to gain a clear understanding

of your needs and develop the training solution which is right for

you. It all starts with a call to a member of our learning team.

If you have more than three individuals who all require the same

training, an in-house solution is typically less expensive per head than a

public scheduled course. Our in-house courses can be tailored versions of our public courses

or created exclusively for you based on your requirements.

We worked with TFPL to create bespoke training for Virgin Money

colleagues on effective relationship management. Feedback from

delegates confirmed trainers really brought the training to life, sessions were interactive and

engaging and the content of the training helped delegates to really develop their stakeholder

management skills.

We contacted TFPL to see if they could offer us a tailored training

course that could pick up what we had already done – we didn’t

want to start from scratch. Our trainer Jonathan Engel was excellent.

He pulled together a couple of standard courses together into one, and used our existing work

to inform the day. Jonathan was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and willing to be

flexible to meet our requirements.

The training was a great success and really moved us along! We’ve since brought Jonathan

back to help review what we’ve done and provide more bespoke training for some of our

senior management. The flexibility and helpfulness of both Jonathan and TFPL means we

wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

of the ADDIE Model: Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. We use this process

when rolling out core learning solutions and to develop bespoke learning programmes.

We work with world class, expert trainers and learning consultants to deliver our extensive library

of courses and workshops. Our training panel includes:

Louise Nicolaou

Louise is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, a CMI Level 5

accredited coach and accredited to deliver SDI profiles. She ensures her

delegates leave training sessions with clear and measurable objectives and,

equally importantly, the desire, inspiration and motivation to implement them

in the workplace.

Phi l ip Jones

Philip has over 30 years’ information management experience in public

and private sector organisations, both as a practitioner and at a senior

management level. His wide range of practical experience has involved

information legislation, privacy, information security and electronic document

and records management. Philip has spoken widely on records and

information management both in the UK and worldwide.

Paul Dowding

Paul specialises in behavioural change and easy to implement

psychological tools and methodologies that embed learning and transfer

behavioural commitments into the workplace. His approach is energised and

engaging, bringing humour and creativity to bear to enhance understanding

and learning.

Fr ieda Midgley

Frieda has played a key role in strategic cross-government knowledge and

information management projects and innovative collaborative projects.

Her experience includes; leading the stakeholder engagement and guidance

development work for The National Archives and facilitating the establishment

and running of the Knowledge Council.
