Your task

Write a reflection titled as “Me as a mentor” or “Me as a mentee”, and reflect the entire mentoring process. The purpose is to reflect the entire process, and evaluate your personal commitment and contribution. Highlight your personal strengths and also features or issues that you still need to learn or develop. Justify, which grade (1-5) would honestly fit for you.
