GuidelinesThere should be no more than 120 words per minute. This allows for a normal reading pace and for time for animation.

TimingTimelines vary based on your review time. Typical schedules are 6-8 weeks.

Rush orders can be accommodated for an incremental fee. This option enables you to receive a full draft of the video one week after the script is approved; the video is finalized within two weeks with prompt stakeholder feedback.

Process Beyond the Sky provides project management every step of the way to ensure you are clear what the process is and when to provide feedback.

1. After you complete the questionnaire, Beyond the Sky (BTS) will refine your script.

2. BTS will send the refined script for your review. Please get feedback from all your stakeholders and track your changes into one document to send to BTS. Feedback not sent with the document will be considered an additional round of feedback and additional fees will apply.

3. BTS will incorporate your changes into the final script for your official sign-off. There are no further changes to the script once it is signed off. At this stage, you’ll provide clarity on how certain words are pronounced.

4. BTS will record the audio and develop the video. You will receive the entire draft video for your review.

5. Obtain feedback from all your stakeholders and email the feedback to BTS. We may also schedule a phone call for clarity.

Typical changes in the draft video stage are: Changes to the background color Change to words on the screen Changes to objects/images within our library Changes to transition screens

If there are changes to items that were signed off (e.g. changes to the script) or are outside the scope (e.g. custom images), incremental fees will apply. These include:

6. BTS will provide a second version that incorporates your changes for your feedback and review. These will be incorporated into the final version for your sign-off.
