    Thus , with proper planning, analytical skills ,

    Motivation Factors with Team Work:

    When Nemo was trapped by scuba divers, his father took a

    task to find Nemo.He was Self Motivated and focused character. With all hisachievement orientationSkill he achieved the task.

    Tank Members : All are highly motivated. Work withinstructions of GILL.The team leader, motivates the member and gets the workdone.

    That motivation gives them the sense of togetherness andshows them direction toSuccess.

    Dori and Marlin, on their way to search nemo, takes charge as

    Situational Leaders.

    Dori, is creative thinker, has a capability to think out of the boxand so can achieve objectives effectively.

    Marlin, take calculated risk, ready to face tough situations.Has aggression to achieve the task successfully.

    Good learners. Prominent feature of leader.

    Tank Members : Gill is the Leader. Visionary and focused.

    Seagulls, best source of information to in-house tank

    members.

    Oceanic Communication spread from mouth-to-mouth, andmessage is convey to Nemo, that his dad is fighting against alloceanic difficulties to meet him. Best example of effective

    communication.

    Star fish , in tank , keep track of dentist and updates the teammembers.

    Thus communication is very important and crucial in achievingsuccess.
