N ot content with being the first specialized women’s magazine in the Arab world when it was established in 1909 at the dawn of the Twentieth century, Al Hasnaa has always looked forward towards the third millennium. Throughout its 98 year history, Al Hasnaa has mirrored the Arab woman and reflected her
dreams and aspirations. Its pages have highlighted issues of women’s rights and liberalization, and painted the way towards modernism with the brightest colors.
A l Hasnaa has crossed many milestones and overcome numerous obstacles in its long history to partner the Arab woman in her march forward. As part of this role and in advancing a stronger, educated, committed and able Arab woman, Al Hasnaa Magazine is organizing the New Arab Woman Forum in cooperation with Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group, the leading conference organizer in the Arab World.
