Lebron James Intelligence Surveillance Report by JP Merlano

“OPERATION STRIVE FOR GREATNESS”

Tuesday, April 1, 2014, Florida licensed private investigator JP Merlano initiated “Operation Strive for Greatness.” An online records check revealed that Mr. Lebron James is reporting 3590 Seacrest View Court in Miami, FL. A preliminary field assessment was conducted. At 2:37 P.M., JP Merlano turned onto Crystal View Court and drove to the end of the street that dead ends. A spot check revealed a City of Miami Police cruiser present parked at the end of the street with a police officer seated on the front driver side. The police cruiser appears to be Mr. Lebron’s personal security stationed at his residence. Mr. Lebron’s residence faces the south with direct view of the Biscayne Bay. The residence is an immense residential structure that sits on what appears to be two parcels of land. The residence is three stories high with a roof top. There are multiple C.C.T.V. scattered throughout the premises of the property to include the exterior C.C.T.V. positioned in the front of the residence facing the public pedestrian path. There is sufficient lighting illuminating the exterior of the residence. The residence has a metal remote activated brown perimeter fence that separates Lebron’s residence from the public noting that the residence is in fact located on a public street artery with no guard house and is accessible to anyone. Observations entry, the officer that is seated on the front driver side has a direct point of view of the street artery that faces east to west. Investigative findings revealed that there are approximately 300 yards in length which is equivalent to the officer’s field of view facing east to west. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014, 1:14 P.M., JP Merlano conducted a spot check of Lebron’s residence. No change in exterior activity was noted other than someone visiting. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014, 4:10 P.M., efforts were resumed. A blacked out dark shuttle arrived to Lebron’s residence; Lebron has a game scheduled for tonight. A suitable surveillance position was secured anticipating the shuttle’s departure with Lebron.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014, 4:25 P.M., the shuttle departed from Lebron’s residence. JP Merlano initiated mobile surveillance. At 4:43 P.M., the shuttle was observed turning onto the American Airlines Arena (Heat Boulevard) and proceeded to enter the Miami Heat designated parking for employees only. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Tuesday, April 8, 2014, 1:14 P.M., JP Merlano during a routine drive in Coconut Grove discovered an unidentified male operating a black Cadillac Escalade known to belong to Lebron’s family. The unidentified male is believed to be Savannah’s father. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Thursday, April 24, 2014, 7:13 A.M., a routine spot check revealed that the previously observed black Cadillac Escalade was departing from Lebron’s residence. Mobile surveillance was initiated.

Thursday, April 24, 2014, 7:30 A.M., the Cadillac was observed arriving to a private school to drop off Lebron’s children. An unidentified male believed to be Savannah’s father was observed exiting from the driver’s side to get the children out of the rear seat. An unidentified female believed to be Savannah’s mother was observed seated on the front driver side of the vehicle. The unidentified male believed to be Savannah’s father was observed waving good-bye and proceeded to enter the front driver side departing immediately thereafter. Efforts were discontinued at this time.

Thursday, April 24, 2014, 3:58 P.M., a routine spot check of the private school revealed the unidentified male believed to be Savannah’s father seated on the front driver side reading what appeared to be the newspaper.

Thursday, April 24, 2014, 4:15 P.M., an unidentified female believed to be Savannah’s mother was observed seated on the front passenger side as she departed from the school. Both of Lebron’s children were observed seated on the back passenger side. The unidentified male believed to be Savannah’s father



was observed operating the vehicle away from the school. Efforts were discontinued at this time.

Thursday, April 24, 2014, 7:04 P.M., a routine spot check of Lebron’s residence revealed an unidentified female believed to be Lebron’s mother was observed exiting the residence to throw away what appeared to be a cigarette bud in the bay; she reentered the residence. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Monday, April 26, 2014, 7:50 A.M., a routine spot check of Lebron’s residence revealed an unidentified female believed to be Savannah’s mother speaking with an unidentified male outside the gate. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 3:47 P.M., a routine spot check of Lebron’s residence revealed a charcoal color Bentley arriving to the residence.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 4:59 P.M., Lebron’s older son was observed outside the pool and bay area; he was observed reentering the residence shortly thereafter.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 5:08 P.M., Lebron’s older son was observed exiting to the pool and bay area wearing a different attire; he changed out of the school uniform.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, Lebron’s older son was observed with fishing gear. He was observed fishing solo near the sea wall.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, Lebron’s older son was observed fishing at the end of the pier. An unidentified female believed to be Lebron’s mother also known as Gloria James remained seated supervising Lebron’s older son while he continued to fish.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, the unidentified female believed to be Lebron’s mother also known as Gloria James was observed standing adjacent to Lebron’s older son while he fishes at the end of the pier. She walked away minutes later to sit down and would rise periodically and bond with the children.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, the unidentified female believed to be Lebrun’s mother and also known as Gloria James was observed fishing standing next to Lebron’s older son periodically. She was observed tending to both of their needs.

Wednesday, April 30, 2014, Lebron’s older son along with the unidentified female believed to be his grandmother; Gloria James were observed catching a fish from the bay. Lebron’s older son was observed as he used his upper extremities to reel in the fish. The female believed to be the grandmother was observed helping Lebron’s son stabilize the fish while caught on the line.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, 12:28 P.M., a routine spot check of the Lebron’s residence revealed an unidentified female believed to be Gloria James (Lebron’s mother) departing from the residence. She was operating a white Porsche Panamera. Mobile surveillance was initiated.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, 12:37 P.M., the unidentified female believed to be Gloria James (Lebron’s mother) was observed as she arrived to a local gas station. She was observed sporting what appeared to be Louis Vuitton designer shoes, a white Rolex with jubilee link, and designer sun-glasses. She was observed embracing an unidentified female who appeared that she may have bumped into. Both were observed standing for a few minutes in front of the gas station conversing. A few minutes later both were observed saying goodbye by embracing each other with open arms.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, the unidentified female believed to be Gloria proceeded to withdraw her purse from the trunk of the Porsche and departed.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, the unidentified female believed to be Gloria James (Lebron’s mother) was observed as she she smokes a cigarette.



Thursday, May 1, 2014, 12:37 P.M., the unidentified female believed to be Gloria James (Lebron’s mother) was observed as she arrived to Paramount Bay located at 2060 N. Bayshore Drive in Miami, FL. She parked the vehicle and proceeded to enter the building away from the field of view. A surveillance position was secured anticipating her departure.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, 3:16 P.M., the Porsche was moved to underground parking. Surveillance efforts at this location were consequently discontinued due to lack of observable activity.

Thursday, May 1, 2014, 5:50 P.M., a routine spot check of the Lebron’s residence revealed Lebron older son, fishing on the pier in front of the residence. An unidentified female believed to be one of the the nannies was observed outside supervising. Efforts were discontinued shortly thereafter.

Friday, May 2, 2014, 9:46 A.M., a routine spot check of Lebron’s residence revealed an unidentified female believed to be his wife Mrs. Savannah Brinson. Mobile surveillance was initiated.

Friday, May 2, 2014, 10:07 A.M., the unidentified female believed to be Mrs. Brinson was observed arriving to a doctor building. She was observed leaving her vehicle with the valet parking attendant. A surveillance position was secured outside anticipating her departure. Mobile surveillance was initiated.

Friday, May 2, 2014, 11:01 A.M., the unidentified female believed to be Mrs. Brinson was observed as she exited from the doctor’s office and stands as she waits for the valet parking attendant to bring her vehicle. Moments later she was observed entering the driver side of her vehicle and departing. Efforts were discontinued at this time.

Monday, May 5, 2014, 4:20 P.M., a routine spot check of Lebron’s residence revealed Mr. James outside sitting down with his back turned against the bay. Lebron was observed as he stood up and grabbed a chair.

Monday, May 5, 2014, Lebron was observed laying on what appeared to be a beach chair motionless while tanning.

Monday, May 5, 2014, Lebron was observed seated on a chair looking onto the bay with arms crossed and peak of gold cap facing backward.

!Monday, May 5, 2014., Lebron’s in-house chef was observed obediently standing adjacent to him. The chef walked away soon after.

Monday, May 5, 2014, Lebron was observed being served what appeared eating a burger with fries, ice-tea as a chaser with what appeared to be a secondary drink of lemonade in a crystal glass. Lebron was observed demolishing the burger with a very healthy appetite. Lebron was observed turning the peak of his cap before he began to munch of the burger. Also, it appears from a distance as if Lebron is dipping the fries in what appears to be ranch dressing.. Lebron was observed licking his fingers. There is a possibility that Lebron ate two burgers because he would not stop eating for an extended duration of time.

Monday, May 5, 2014, Lebron was observed turning the peak of his cap before he commences to eat.

Monday, May 5, 2014, to reiterate, Lebron was observed munching on a burger with what appears to be a very healthy appetite. There is a possibility that Lebron removed something from his burger... possibly onions or pickles. Please refer to picture captioned below for support.
