at the start of winter will find the Wedel Week Rates
perfect for them. Enjoy the fantastic pistes and the wide
range of events on offer at a sensational rate.
7 – 31 January 2014: With reduced Low Season Rates
for hotels and guest houses you can enjoy the best piste
conditions and innumerable high Alpine deep powder
snow runs, especially in January when there is lots of
snow.
15 March – 27 April 2014: Spring skiing is the high-
light of the year, mainly among connoisseurs. Enjoy
the powder snow on the north slopes and the finest icy
firn snow on the southern slopes in spring temperatu-
res with the reasonable Sun and Skiing Weeks and the
Snow Crystal Rates. and the Snow Crystal Rates. The
lifts are also opening a little earlier in the firn season
– so you can conquer the glistening firn slopes from
8:30 am.

Langen am Arlberg railway station: 15 km, regular taxi and bus
connection (line 91), transfer time approx. 20 minutes. St.
Anton am Arlberg railway station: 20 km, regular taxi and bus
connection (line 92), transfer time approx. 30 minutes. If you
are arriving by train there are special saver fares in many Eu-

Free shuttle service, ski and hike bus
There is a modern bus service available for our guests
which provides a convenient connection between Lech,
Oberlech, Zug and Zürs, as well as to Alpe Rauz, the ent-
rance to the ski area around St. Anton am Arlberg (in-
cluded in the Arlberg Ski Pass). In summer you can use
the local bus network in the area from Lech to Hoch-
tannberg and to the Spullersee and Formarinsee lakes
(included on the Lech Card).

am, the ”James“ regular bus service will help you make it
through the night at attractive rates.

Tips for travelling in winter
There are good train connections to Arlberg from Aus-
tria, Germany and Switzerland – as well as from Zurich
and Innsbruck airports. We advise those coming by car
– especially on Saturdays during the high season – to
time their arrival so they use the section of the road
between Feldkirch and Lech or Imst and Lech before
9.30 am and after 2 pm. On the return journey the pe-
riod between 10.30 am and 3 pm is the peak time for
traffic jams. In winter you need to bear in mind that
there will be snow on the roads and winter tyres are
compulsory. You are also recommended to take snow
chains with you. When there is a heavy covering of snow
on the roads, snow chains are compulsory.

Hotel terms and conditions (AGBH 2006)§ 5 Rescission of the Accommodation Agreement – Cancellation fee / Rescission by the Pro-prietor5.1 If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a down payment and such down payment hasnot been made by the Party in time, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreementwithout granting any grace period.5.2 If the Guest fails to arrive by 6.00 p.m. on the agreed date of arrival, the Proprietor shall notbe obliged to accommodate them unless a later time of arrival has been agreed upon.5.3 If the Party has made a down payment (see 3.3), the rooms shall be deemed reserved until12.00 noon on the day following the date of arrival at the latest. If a down payment to the amountof more than four days has been made, the obligation to accommodate the Guest shall end on6.00 p.m. on the fourth day, the date of arrival being deemed the first day, unless the Guest in-forms the Proprietor of a later date of arrival.5.4 Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement forobjectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreeddate of arrival of the Party.Rescission by the Party – Cancellation fee5.5 The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellationfee.5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agree-ment by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.

The time of usage runs from the time at which the hourly ticket is issued at the ticket booth until it is returned in person at one of the cable car ticket booths.

If lift passes which have not yet been personalised are to be extended, this must be done on the 4th day of their validity, at the latest. Photo is sufficient.

St. Anton / St. Christoph: Galzig, Gampen, Nasserein, Valluga I and II, Kapall, Rendl and St. Christoph-bahn. Klösterle/Sonnenkopf: Sonnenkopfbahn.
Mixed price charges: if the validity of a lift pass extends over several seasonal tariffs, a mixed price is calculated.

2) Daily choice lift passes are person-specific (photo) and therefore not transferable. The points are redeemed automatical-ly the first time you pass the electronic reading devices, whereby the time shown on the reading device is decisive. Please observe the display! Points deduction: be-fore 11:50 am = 3 points; after 11:50 am = 2 points; after 3:00 pm = 1 point. Daily choice lift passes are only valid in the win-ter season in which they were issued. Out of fairness, we offer the following: points remaining from the previous season can be used up until 10 Jan. of the following winter season.
When a new lift pass is purchased by 10 Jan. points remaining from the previ-ous season will be added on (older points will be forfeited without exception!) up to a maximum of the same number of points contained in the newly purchased daily choice lift pass. Points left over from the previous winter season will be forfeited without exception after 10 Jan. of the current season. Residual points can no longer be taken into account from this date, even if a new lift pass is purchased. Subject to the tariff regulations of the Arlberg ski pass pool.
3) Lift passes sold in advance: for the fol-lowing day, from 2 pm. Can be used from 4 pm the day before they become valid. Ski passes are valid on consecutive days.
4) When restrictions apply in Lech-Ober-lech-Zürs and/or Warth-Schröcken these tickets will be issued in St. Anton, St. Chris-toph and Stuben and at Sonnenkopf with limitation of validity for the respective lifts/cable cars.
5) Proof of age required.6) Children are conveyed in accordance
with the terms and conditions outlined in the conditions of conveyance.
To avoid waiting at the lift pass cash desks, many hotels/guest houses offer the option of obtaining lift passes directly at the prem-ises (without extra charge). Please enquire about this at your accommodation.

Sports skills, from the basic techniques to off-piste guided ski toursArlberg and the ski schools of Lech, Oberlech and Zürs make an outstanding combination. On the one hand, there is the fascination
of an exceptional ski area and, on the other, a range of ski schools which are striving to surpass their guests' expectations.
Over 500 highly qualified snow sports instructors, state approved ski instructors and ski guides will personally look after the pro-
gress, wellbeing and safety of their guests on and off the prepared pistes. From skiing and snowboarding to experiences such as te-
lemark skiing, snowshoe hiking and, in particular, accompanied ski touring and off-piste skiing or heli-skiing, the ski schools offer a
wide range of activities.
Children from the age of 4½ are taught in groups by professional instructors who specialise in teaching children, and there is a va-
riety of nursery slopes available for our young guests to use. The range on offer for children and adults includes group and private
instruction from the first steps on the snow to off-piste experiences away from the prepared pistes.
Whether you are looking for group or private instruction, we recommend that you reserve places on the courses or with the private
