Conclusioni
• L’ipertensione arteriosa polmonare è una patologia progressiva a prognosi scadente per cui è necessario un intervento precoce per migliorare la prognosi
• La valutazione prognostica deve guidare il clinico nelle scelte terapeutiche e nella gestione del follow up
• La stratificazione prognostica si basa sulla raccolta di diversi parametri clinici, funzionali, strumentali ed emodinamici indicatori di disfunzione ventricolare destra (valutazione multiparametrica)
Conclusioni
• “a goal-oriented treatment strategy” rimane l’obiettivo principale del trattamento del paziente con ipertensione arteriosa polmonare
• Al momento, nonostante diversi tentativi, la strategia “goal-oriented” rimane molto dipendente all’equipe che gestisce il paziente, non permettendo così uniformità di trattamento
