What do you understand by theterm “IBS”?

Defination:-
IBS as a construction technique in which components are manufactured ina controlled environment (on or off-site), transported, positioned andassembled into a structure with minimal additional site works.
As such, components that are being pre-fabricated in a controlledenvironment on-site are also considered as IBS (CIDB Malaysia, 2001).
