As   the   LED   market   continues   to   expand,   so   does   the  demand   for   new   products.   Our   e3Light   lighting   fixture  product  line  is  our  response  to  that  demand.  Our  e3Light  LED  linear  fixture  products  give  you  endless  options  with  a  complete  line  of  traditionally  styled  lighting  fixtures.  All  of   the   e3Light   fixtures   come   pre   wired   for   the   specific  type  of  LED  T8  you  are  choosing  to  use  in  the  fixture.    All  style  fixtures  are  available.    The   following   catalog   previews   several   of   our   current  models.  We   offer   many   types   of   T8   and   T5   LED   tubes.  These  e3Light   linear   tubes   can  be  configured  with  either  internal  or  external  drivers.  e3Light  linear  T8  and  T5  tubes  are  available  from  1  to  8  feet  and  so  is  our  complete  line  of  fixtures,  which  are  custom  built  accordingly,  to  match  the  lamp.        Options   include,   dimming,   emergency   battery   back   up,  occupancy   sensor,   rotating   end   caps,   single   pin,   and  more.  All   fixtures  are  built   to  order  and  come  complete  pre  wired  with  the  lamps  already  installed.    This  product  line   has   been   well   received   and   is   already   being  considered   and   used   by   some   of   the   highest   profile  buildings  in  North  America.      So,   for   your   next   project,   not   only   save   energy   and  maintenance,  now  you  can  save  on  installation  time  and  expense   as  well.   Just   remove   our   fixture   from   the   box,  attach   the   line   voltage   to   the   new   fixture   and   the  installation   is   complete.   It's   just   that   simple,   order,  receive  your  product,  and  enhance  your  workplace  while  saving  on  your  electric  expenses.

Before

Installation Steps Step 1: Turn off main power before installation for safety, make sure main power source is switched off

before attempting to install.

Step 2: Take existing fluorescent light out. Existing fluorescent light is not needed. You might recycle it

as appropriate.

Step 3: Open the ballast cover and disconnect all power wires from ballast and take the ballast out of the

fluorescent luminaire shown as Figure 2 below. Keep one wire of each socket to connect with the

external power supply. The other wire shall be cut off immediately near the socket.

Step 4: Install the MATCHING external power supply shown as Figure 3 below. The external power

supply is sized to match the luminaire and to be installed near the middle of the luminaire by 3M tape and

screws provided. Connect input wires of external power supply to main power outlet. Connect output

wires of external power supply to one of wires of T8 sockets at both sides with wire nuts. Place the

existing cover back to protect the external power supply.

Step 2: Take existing fluorescent light out. Existing fluorescent light is not needed. You might recycle it

as appropriate.

Step 3: Open the ballast cover and disconnect all wires from ballast and starter from T8 sockets shown

as Figure 5 below. Remove ballast from the fluorescent luminaire and recycle it as appropriate; keep

starter in position; keep one wire of each socket to connect with the external power supply. The other

wire shall be cut off immediately near the socket.
