Authentic Components from World Class Distributors

All of the raw materials are authentic and purchased from world class distributors such as Arrow, Digital Key,

Mouser and TTI Electronics. We have never purchased any electronic components from the Chinese Markets.

The components are assembled in China and the quality is exactly the same as if made in the USA. White

Lightning stores a $500,000 component inventory at the ST warehouse.

For Gas station products, all of the LEDs used are Cree Brand and they are excellent in quality. We strictly

control every manufacturing process including storage and keep the open reel LED in a controlled temperature

cabinet. It means we know exactly what we are doing and we are capable to ensure good quality.

key, Avnet, and TTI Electronics. We are 100% sure all of them are authentic from famous brands. No copy

�We have invested $500,000 in LED and Electronic components in the ST warehouse and these materials

are available for immediate production.

� We monitor and control quality at all production phases. We stop production if we see any quality issues.

Our quality defect is close to zero by using this detail oriented control process.

Quality: ST factory is an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified manufacturer with strict and robot process control and

quality control system as follows:

� PPAP: Pilot sample approved for quality before mass production is standard procedure at ST factory,

which prevents non-conforming products and eliminates defects/mistakes.

� Consistency: ST’s advanced machines from Japan and Korea ensure that consistent products are

made in mass production.

� Special machines: The new LED SMT machine from Korea is specially designed for the LED lighting

industry. It is reliable and accurate in use. An x-ray machine is used to inspect complex components

such as BGA. The BGA repair center accurately controls replacement of defective LEDs.

� Seamless communication: Communication is very close between White Lightning and ST. We have

regular meetings every Tuesday and Thursday for continuous improvement. Face to face
