Please use the attached information to prepare a blue sheet for the purchase of carpet from Re:Source Florida for the fourth floor of the CDlPW Building.
This project is being advanced due to the relocation of Community Development employees from the second floor to the fourth floor of the CDlPW Building. Budget Services has been involved with this and have agreed to transfer $225,000 from Capital Improvement Reserves for carpet and furniture. Another blue sheet will be requested in the future to purchase the furniture.
Please include the following in the Action Requested section of the blue sheet so that the budget can be established:
Approve Budget Transfer of $225,000 from Capital Improvement Reserves to the CD/PW Carpet Replacement project and amend FY 03/04 - 07/08 CIP.
