Legal Liability 1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 3. This competition is open to Pony Club members only. BS Course Builder: Graham Savory

SINGLE PHASE competition second part of the course will be timed and 5cm higher.

Class start times are approximate until entries are known

9am Class 1 Jumps 60cm 10am Class 2 Jumps 70cm

11.30am Class 3 Jumps 80cm

1pm Class 4 Jumps 90cm

2.30pm Class 5 Jumps 1m

3.30pm Class 6 Jumps 1.10m entries on the day only at £11/£8 . Need 6 entries to run

INFORMATION

Teams of 3 or 4 competitors, best 3 scores to count.

Individual entries will be formed into a combined team by the organiser unless requested otherwise.

Team and individual rosettes to 6th place in each class. Prizes for winning team and individual.

Entries (to the organiser) close on March 31st . On the day entries are at the organiser’s discretion.

Entry fee £11 per class. STPC members £8. On the day entries £13, ST £10

Cheques payable to STPC. One cheque or bank transfer using sort code 60 14 10 and account number 08182833, per branch/centre.

Team managers to declare teams (bring a paper copy of the completed declaration form) on the day to the Secretary at the front of the indoor school before the class starts

Refreshments available. First Aid in attendance. NO DOGS

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The event will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2020. Tack and dress must conform.

2. Ponies/horses can enter a maximum of 3 classes.

3. No outside assistance is allowed e.g. calling out instructions.

4. No entry accepted without fee. Entry fees will only be refunded for withdrawals made before the closing date. On the day entries are not refundable. Entries will be limited and taken on a first come basis.

5. The organisers reserve the right to amend the times of classes or cancel classes according to entries. If by close of entries there are less than 3 teams in a class, the class will run as an individual competition only. If less than 6 individual entries the class will not run.

6. NO DOGS7. Each team to provide an efficient arena

party to poo pick and pole pick for their members.

8. Hats must be PC turquoise tagged according to the 2018 PC hat standard.

9. Clear up droppings from around where you park and do not feed hay on the outside of trailers/boxes. Horses left unattended must be secured inside their transport.

10. ALL PONIES/HORSES MUST BE VACCINATED AGAINST EQUINE INFLUENZA. PASSPORTS WILL BE SPOT CHECKED (ANNUAL BOOSTER OR FIRST 2 VACCINATIONS)

South Trent Mini Show Jumping Competition is on Saturday June 20th at Golden Valley Equestrian Centre with classes from 30cm to 70cm
