The Housing Author-ity of the City of Par-is, Texas will open the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for the first 125 ap-plications; Friday, September 11, 2020 starting at 8:00 A.M. until 125 applications have been received. Applications may be picked up prior to these dates, but will not be accepted back until the waiting list is opened on Fri-day, September 11, 2020.
Applicants who are already housed by the Paris Housing Authority (Currently living in Public Hous-ing) are not eligible and will be rejected.
Applicants must be income eligible and-pass the Author-ity’s screening and background check.
Driver’s License or photo ID, Social Security Card, and a CERTIFIED birth Certificate (not the hospital certificate with the footprints) are required for all family members. If you need help purchasing birth
