• Affiliate = Anyone who accepts tax revenue outside of the 132 Oklahoma Executive Branch Agencies.

WHAT IS AN AFFILIATE?

• 50 % - Provide state-wide contracts for affiliates to purchase off of to allow them to use the state discounts on common purchases.

• 20% - OMES to provide services where it can help save money.

• 30% - 3rd party provide services, that OMES manages
