The real name of the book of Numbers, is Bamidbar "In the desert".

The name change by the translators of the Bible has distorted a bit the focus of the book, which eventually teaches us to live

our lives, because we can compare the permanence of the Jewish people in the desert, our walk in the world before entering

to the promised land.

This Torah portion begins with a very important issue: PROMISE OR VOTES AND VOWS TO THE ETERNAL! And a count

of the days of Israel in the wilderness, allow us to have a better view of our own JOURNEY TO THE PROMISED LAND.

Numbers 30: PROMISE O VOTES YHVH

commanded. 2. When a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall

do according to all that came out of his mouth.

Lejaim MINISTRIES

When we understand that Yeshua is the same word of YHVH, the word by which they were created heaven and earth, that

Yeshua is the WORD OF YHVH figure of a man, that He sent his word, Yeshua, then we understand by What to YHVH every

word that comes out of our mouth has an important meaning.

At Sinai, the Eternal Father spoke through his mouth, so every commandment in the Torah is commandment of Yeshua,

because He is the living Torah. Therefore he said: John 14:15: If you love me, keep my commandments. Why not say because He is the living Torah. Therefore he said: John 14:15: If you love me, keep my commandments. Why not say because He is the living Torah. Therefore he said: John 14:15: If you love me, keep my commandments. Why not say

YESHUA the commandments of my father? BECAUSE HE IS THE SAME WORD OF THE ETERNAL ...

The word VOTE in Hebrew is ר The word VOTE in Hebrew is ר swim which means promise, vow, something promised. While the נ דswim which means promise, vow, something promised. While the נ ד

allowed. An oath seven times confirmed.

Why allusion is made to the vows and oaths?

Notice that Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes. Their leaders .... As we will see throughout the chapter, authority figures

have a very important role in the fulfillment of the promises role because they are the example to follow, or those

responsible in the case of those under their authority so they promise or swear.

Why it has lost so much value of the word? Because leaders have set the pace .... and promises are known in advance that they

will not be fulfilled .... So the lesson learned ... You learn to lie, "will solve" an immediate problem, regardless of future

consequences ...

An example is marriage ... IS AN OATH TO THE ETERNAL OR TO THE NATION. But it is understood that the oath is just a

"formality" that will not meet .... THAT WE ARE AWAY THE FATHER ....

Today lying is done by simply convenience .. AND LIES AHEAD OF ALMIGHTY!

Recall that the last chapter talks about the sacrifices and offerings in the celebrations of ETERNAL. Many times during the

holidays, or because of some extraordinary event in your life, we make easy promises and vows that ever we meet .......

SADLY we have become accustomed to miss our word as an everyday or common. And if the promise is for eternal, it seems

that he must "understand" that fail to keep our word.

Something that I particularly chills me is the ease with which REFUSES TO YESHUA, THE ETERNAL WORD, FOR

CONVENIENCE ..... What I want to convert to Judaism .... then I refuse to YESHUA "mouth" to accept me, but "he knows that in

my heart, is present" .... is that what SPEAKS TODAY THE ETERNAL? Then against the believer, I am a believer .... front of the

synagogue or Jewish, rejected and take offense ... what that's called? SO REMEMBER: Deut. 23: 21. When you make a vow to synagogue or Jewish, rejected and take offense ... what that's called? SO REMEMBER: Deut. 23: 21. When you make a vow to

YHVH your God, defer not to pay it; because it will surely require it YHVH your God require of thee, and it would be sin in you.

22. But if thou shalt forbear to vow there will be no sin to you. 23. But what is gone out of your lips, you keep and perform, as

you promised to YHVH your God, a freewill offering to

pact, but, injure, or perforate ...

Think about this: WHEN FAILURE TO PROMISE, either eternal or a loved one, we cause a wound IN THEIR HEARTS .....

Many parents promise their children what they are not even thinking about .... Have you meet, when not keep his word

thought, and claims to be ETERNAL SON, IS ALSO HIS HOLY NAME DEFILING? He never breaks his word!

Not meet the word, it makes your immediate loved ones or people lose trust, respect and admiration for you. And the Almighty

vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that

FATHER'S AUTHORITY OVER HIS DAUGHTER: THE FATHER MAY BE CANCELED A DAUGHTER DOING HIS PROMISE OR

LESS YOUNG MAIDEN.

vow, and her bond which she bound her soul, and her father says nothing to it,

that he hears their vows and obligations she has bound her soul, shall stand; and Yahweh will forgive her, because her father

disallowed her.

HUSBAND'S AUTHORITY ON WIFE: THE SPOUSE MAY VOID THE PROMISE THAT HAVE MADE HIS WIFE mindlessly

6. But if he be married and vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips by which she bound her soul; 7. if her husband heard it, and

when it hears nothing to her, her vows shall stand, and the obligation that bound her soul shall stand. 8. But if her husband

heard it, he vetoed, then the vow she made, and utterance of her lips with which she bound her soul, shall be void; and Yahweh

will forgive her.

SPECIAL CARE widows and divorcees:

9. But every vow of a widow or divorced, that ligare her soul shall stand. 10. And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound

her soul bond with an oath, 11. If her husband heard it, and silenced it and disallowed her not, then all her vows shall stand, and

every bond which bound her soul shall stand. 12. But if her husband void on the day he heard, all that came out of her lips

concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall be void; Her husband annulled, and Yahweh will forgive her. 13.

Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish, or her husband may make it void. 14. But if

her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows, and all obligations which are on her; he

confirmed, because he quieted the day that he heard them. fifteen. But if the void after he has heard them, then he shall bear

her iniquity. 16. These are the ordinances which Yahweh commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, and between a

father and his daughter in her youth in her father's house.

He shows us the commandment? We are all under authority and established authorities as appropriate are also responsible for

teaching the seriousness of our words. I think it is important to appeal to the Rabbis, pastors or leaders because they bear the

responsibility for promises made lightly in congregations, as well as parents who have according to the Torah obligation to

teach these mandates their children.

THE ETERNAL clearly established its authority scale: EL, it is above

everything and everyone.

Man is under the authority of the Almighty and is directly responsible for what happens at home. The man who leaves his

home, his children, especially when they were minors, under his direct authority, is responsible before the Lord for his behavior

and his words.

The woman is under the authority of the husband. Faced with promises as in this case, it is the husband who can undo a

vote to consider unenforceable. It's not the same woman who can do it, unless it is widowed or divorced (divorced).

These days, the promises have become vain unimportant to who makes them and who receives them. Popular promises like "I

call" when neither intends, are empty expressions that have led us to think the same way we talk to the Creator. Matthew 5: 37

"But let your communication be, Yea, yea; no no; For whatever is more than these cometh of evil. ".

Great responsibility we have it? The world today presents a different scale, but we must remember that we are a special people

representing YHVH before them all, in our homes, in our work, in the street etc.,

By teaching our children THE TORAH OF THE FATHER, basically we are teaching it in the same way that the eternal keeps

his word, we have to be responsible for every word that comes out of our mouth and our minor children.

Deut 6: 4 Hear, O Israel: YHWH our God, YHVH is one. 6: 5 And you shall love YHVH your God with all your heart, and with all thy soul, and Deut 6: 4 Hear, O Israel: YHWH our God, YHVH is one. 6: 5 And you shall love YHVH your God with all your heart, and with all thy soul, and

with all your strength. 6: 6 And these words which I command you today shall be on your heart; 6: 7 and to your children, and shall talk of

them when you sit in your house or walking by the way, and when thou liest down, and when you rise. 6: 8 And thou shalt bind them for a

sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes; 6: 9 and write them on the doorposts of your house and on your

gates.

As we are instructing our children? Always remember that it is not only teach .... IS TO GIVE THE EXAMPLE!

WILL WE ARE AWARE OF THE PROMISES ARE MADE AT HOME THE ETERNAL? Will OUR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWING

TO FULFILL PROMISE OF IMPOSSIBLE?

Numbers 31: Judgment Midian.

When the Children of Israel approached the Promised Land, the people of the land they felt awed by its grandeur and power

of his God. Numbers 22 recall that fear was the origin of the decision to join Midian and Moab against Israel, seeking the

advice and help of Balaam to curse Israel and beat him.

The Midianites were descendants of Abraham and Keturah (Gen. 25: 2, 6). They were a nomadic desert had many

camels (No. 10: 29-31; Is. 60: 6; Hab 3: 7..).

Numbers 31: 1. YHVH spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites; then you shall be gathered Numbers 31: 1. YHVH spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites; then you shall be gathered

to your people. 3. Moses spoke to the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves for war, and go against the Midianites, and

avenge YHWH in Midian.

THE ETERNAL JUDGMENT is against every nation that harms ISRAEL! The daughters of Midian seduced Israel to fornicate

and worship their gods. Moses would lead the war against Midian and then be gathered unto his people. (I WOULD DIE).

Numbers 31: 3. Moses spoke to the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves for war, and go against the Midianites, and Numbers 31: 3. Moses spoke to the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves for war, and go against the Midianites, and

avenge YHWH in Midian. 4. A thousand of each tribe of all the tribes of the children of Israel, send to the war. 5. So there were

delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war. 6. And Moses sent them to

war; thousand of every tribe, them; and Phinehas son of Eleazar the priest went to war with the holy instruments, and the

trumpets in his hand to play. 7. And they warred against Midian, as Yahweh commanded Moses, and killed every male.

TWELVE THOUSAND ISRAELI thousand from each tribe, were selected for this final event in the life of Moses. ANNOUNCED

THIS?

In Revelation 7, 144,000 ISRAELITES twelve thousand from each tribe, they will be sealed and will help the lamb in their final

Israel trespass against YHVH in terms of Peor, so the plague was among the congregation of YHVH. 17. therefore kill every

If we consider the trial of Midian, as a foretaste of judgment of the last days, before finally entering the Promised Land, we

find that:

Two tribes: Reuben and Gad, about to enter the Promised Land, they prefer to think of their businesses and their lives before

the promise strive for. They were located east of the Jordan in what is now known as Trans-Jordan, and craved more that the

promised land. Let's keep reading: Moses reminds them of the false report and its consequences:

THE ETERNAL PUNISHMENT:

10. And the anger of YHVH was kindled, and swore, saying, 11 Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt twenty years

Israel, and he made them wander forty years in the wilderness, until it was all the generation that had done wrong before

YHWH. 14. And behold, ye are risen up in your fathers, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the wrath of Yahweh against

Israel. 15. If ye turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness, and you will destroy all this people.

My people lost because he lacked knowledge! Follow the false reports claiming that there will be no millennium, that the

promise of ETERNAL OF THE PROMISED LAND IS NOT TRUE, they lose direction and goal of our journey in the desert.

IT'S TIME TO THINK .....

TIME TO SCRIPTURE STUDY ..... TIME TO KNOW THE ETERNAL PROMISES AND LEAN ON THEM, REGARDLESS OF

WHAT THEY SEE OUR EYES, BECAUSE THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY IS FAITHFUL AND ALWAYS BE FULFILLED!

Numbers 32: AN AGREEMENT

Moses reminds the tribes of Reuben and Gad, the consequences that came to the people because of their bad report of the

Promised Land. The two tribes wanted to stay away from Earth, bypassing the Jordan, having found good pasture for their

flocks ..... After the repression reach an agreement ... and then ... Numbers 32: 16. So they came to Moses and said, We will flocks ..... After the repression reach an agreement ... and then ... Numbers 32: 16. So they came to Moses and said, We will

build sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our children; 17 and we will arm, and go before the children of Israel, until we

have brought in place; and our children remain in

fortified cities because of the inhabitants of the land. 18. Do not return to our homes until the Israelites have inherited every

man his inheritance. 19. For we will not inherit with them beyond the Jordan and beyond, because our inheritance and to have

this side of the Jordan eastward. 20. Moses said to them: If you do so, if you are preparing to go before Yahweh to the war, 21

and all ye shall pass armed over Jordan before Yahweh, until he has driven his enemies from before him, 22 . and the land is

subdued before Yahweh; then you return and be guiltless with YHVH and Israel; and this land shall be your possession before

Yahweh.

FULL ISRAEL, THE THIRTEEN TRIBES OF ISRAEL, JORDAN AND THE would be fighting for control of the Earth!

Following completion of the will of the Eternal, would be free to decide on their land.

23. 23. But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against YHVH; and be sure your sin will find you. 24. Build cities for

your children, and folds for your sheep, and do what you have promised. 25. And the children of Gad and the children of

Reuben spake unto Moses, saying, Thy servants will do as my lord commands. 26. Our children, our wives, our livestock and

all our cattle, shall be there in the cities of Gilead;

27. But your servants, every man armed for war, before Yahweh will go to war, as my lord says.

Again, if we look at the entire event entry to Earth in a prophetic way, we can understand why THE ETERNAL IS RISING

AGAIN THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL. Tribes of Israel in exile and dispersion ... The resurrection of dry bones, is preparing to

raise again all of Israel. Judah and Israel, MAS ATTACHED TO THE PEOPLE FOREIGNERS TO ENTER FINALLY TO

EARTH!

Note that if none of this was happening, no one could explain the fact that now Israel was formed by a single tribe, JUDA, as

if the word of the Almighty was not true and eternal.

Finally Moses' decision confirmed the agreement with the tribes of Reuben and Gad and half the tribe of Manasseh that was

the one that had more times (remember that this is the promise to Ephraim and Manasseh) received their land, once they

crossed the Jordan and fought for the conquest of the land.

MASEI Torah portion: Numbers 33: 1 to 36:13

Recall that in this year the two Parashot: Matot and Masei go together. This portion of the Torah gives us detail the name of

each of the places where the people of Israel encamped. It is important to remember that Israel walked through the wilderness

wandering. Although the trip lasted 40 years, he was guided at all times by the Spirit of YHVH, who in a column of fire and

clouds of glory led the conference.

This trip through the desert, is also a prophetic text, because we know that soon YHVH take out of its remaining countries in the

world as expressed by the prophet Ezekiel 20: 35 "

not only the places where the Israelites camped, but the days that were made between those places.

It is interesting to know the names of the sites that housed the people of Israel, because I as always, contain a great

message. For example, the first day represents the entire PLAN OF THE ETERNAL:

Numbers 33: 1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who came out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the

command of Moses and Aaron. 2. Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of YHVH.

Now these are their journeys according to their goings out. 3. they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth

day of the first month; the second day of Passover the Israelites went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians, 4.

For the Egyptians buried that YHWH had smitten among them, all the firstborn; YHVH had also made judgments against their

The Promised Land would be distributed by lot among the tribes. But remember that the Levites have special treatment. They

will have no land to cultivate, because her servi Number 35 1. YHWH spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at will have no land to cultivate, because her servi Number 35 1. YHWH spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at

Jericho, saying, 2 Command the children of Israel, that of the inheritance of their possession they give the Levites cities to

dwell in;

you shall give to the Levites pasturelands around the cities. 3. And shall have the cities to live in, and grasslands shall be for

their cattle, for their livestock and for all their beasts.

CITIES OF REFUGE:

6. And the cities that you give to the Levites, six cities of refuge, which you shall give for the manslayer to flee; and besides

them ye shall give forty-two cities. 7. All the cities you give the Levites will be forty-eight cities and their suburbs.

Cities of Refuge According to verse 11, were cities where the killers not guilty could inhabit:

11. ye shall appoint cities to be cities of refuge for you, that the manslayer who strikes a death without intention. 12. And cities

shall be for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer not die until it comes into law before the congregation. 13. In the cities,

then, that you shall give, you shall have six cities of refuge. 14. shall give three cities beyond the Jordan, and three cities shall

ye give in the land of Canaan, which shall be cities of refuge. 15. These six cities shall be a refuge for the children of Israel, and

the stranger and sojourner among them, to flee there anyone who kills another unintentionally.

It is interesting that the cities of refuge or arei miklat that will placed among the Levites. Remember that they were in charge

not only of sacred things, but the instruction of the Torah. The murder without guilt, could be instructed again and reinserted in

the congregation.

And Murderers GUILTY? WHO KILLED THE INTENT WITH?

16. If with an iron and he die, he is homicidal; the murderer shall surely. 17. And if rock in his hand, he may die, take him away

and he die, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely. 18. And if a weapon of wood in hand that could cause death, strike him

and he die, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely. 19. The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer; when he

meets him, he will kill him. 20. And if he pushed him of hatred, or hurl at him by lying in wait, and dies; 21. or in enmity struck

him with his hand, and died, the slayer shall die; It is homicidal; the avenger of blood shall slay the murderer when he meets

him.

It is not easy for many today understand that eternal favors the death penalty ... We must understand that it is not ..... severity is

PREVENTION ... If these offenses are punishable according to the will of the Lord, surely we would have a more peaceful

world.

The harshness of punishment serves as prevention. I always give an example why people in our pises violate all traffic laws

here in USA do not. The harshness of the penalty for violating a traffic rule, makes them think twice before violating it ... So does

the ETERNAL ..... If I know that I will die as a result of a murder committed out of hatred, for sure I'm going to handle differently

....

IF NOT WITH GUILT:

22. But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or hurled upon him anything without lying in wait, 23 Or not see him brought

down a stone on him that could kill him, and he died, and he was not his enemy, neither sought his harm ; 24. Then the

congregation shall judge between the slayer and the avenger of blood according to these laws; 25. And the congregation shall

deliver the slayer out of the hand of the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, where he

had taken refuge; and he shall dwell therein until the death of the high priest, who was anointed with the holy oil.

IF THE MURDERER IS OUT OF THE CITY OF REFUGE:

26. But if the slayer come without the limits of his city of refuge, where he took refuge, 27 and the avenger of blood find him

outside the boundary of his city of refuge, and the avenger of blood kill the murderer, you will not be guilty; 28. For in his city of

refuge he should have remained until the death of the high priest; and after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return to

the land of his possession.

THE TORAH A PERFECT LAW:

29. These things shall be for a statute of right throughout your generations in all your dwellings. 30. Anyone who inflicts death to

some, by the mouth of witnesses the murderer shall but one witness shall not testify against a person to die. 31. And ye shall

take no ransom for the life of a murderer who is condemned to death; inevitably die. 32. shall take no ransom who has fled to

his city of refuge, to return to live in the land, until the death of the high priest. 33. And ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye

for blood pollutes the land, and the land can not be cleansed of the blood that was shed therein, but by the blood of him that

shed. 34. Defile not therefore the land which you inhabit, in the midst of which I dwell; because I YHVH dwell among the

children of Israel.

Psalms 19: 7 The Torah of YHWH is perfect, converting the soul; Yahweh's testimony is sure, making wise the simple.

Psalms 119: 1 Blessed are the way, who walk in the Torah of YHVH ...

Numbers 36:

The Land of Israel is therefore only for the people. The inheritance passed on head sons. Here the case where only women to

inherit the house or land of their fathers is discussed. They should marry people of the same tribe so that the land always

remains in the possession of the tribe.

YESHUA said: The meek shall inherit the Earth!

WHO ARE THE MEEK? Those who undergo the Almighty with humility and love.
