All Students must pass the High School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA)
The HSPA is administered during the spring of junior year.
It measures Language Arts Literacy, Math, and Biology abilities.

It is possible to take a study hall each year and fulfill the 130 Credit Graduation Requirement.
If you select 7 courses, you will automatically get Study Hall.
Lunch The LRHSD offers a true eight-period day. This
allows our students to schedule up to 8 full-year courses and receive a lunch.
Every student is automatically scheduled in a lunch.

Read Across America Presentations Advanced classes participate in
performances of fairy tales in their target languages at one of the elementary schools.
Teachers were honored at the Mount Laurel Township Schools’ Community Partners Event for their outstanding efforts to share the talent of their students with the school community.

Health I – Covers responsible decision-making, character education, physical, social and mental growth and drug, alcohol and tobacco education.
Physical Education– Emphasizes physical Fitness and the importance of developing and maintaining lifetime physical fitness habits. Portions of the courses stress the development of teamwork, trust, cooperation, leadership and problem-solving as well as building self-esteem and self-confidence.
Adaptive PE – This course is a modification of traditional physical activities to enable the student with disabilities to participate safely, successfully and with satisfaction.
Corrective PE – This course is for an injured student, a student with a temporary health need or to provide a student guidance and assistance in increasing an individual fitness level.
