INTRODUCTION

The challenge to strengthen competitiveness within the crisis is based on the ability of the companies and their contexts system to apply and implement innovative products and manufacturing processes.

The ideation ability of manufacturing industries is not always successful in breaking “routine” paths and creating new products to meet needs not yet “discovered” by customers.

AIMS

The training will be held in English

Focusing methodologies, approaches and outcomes realized by the application of “creative approaches”.

Identify the requirements needed to apply the creative methodologies to different contexts and environments.

Plan future action plans in local contexts during the 6 days training.

Anne Helene Bijl - NEW SHOES TODAYAnne Heleen Bijl (Hengelo, Netherlands, 1956) The nature of her work varies: facilitating creative sessions, individual management coaching, leading conferences, interactive lectures, workshops in creative techniques, etc. In adition she guides many (international) companies to introduce an innovative, inspiring climate. She twice won the first prize in the European Congress for Creativity and Innovation. She published books and articles about the subject of creative thinking.

Willem Stortelder - NEW SHOES TODAYWillem Stortelder; (Lichtenvoorde, Netherlands, 1958) switched from being a life long communication and marketing expert into a fulltime trainer and lecturer on creativity. Constantly reinventing himself, his lectures and highly interactive training sessions, he is living proof of his creed. 'When the individual taps into the creative power within, the organization they work for will naturally reap the benefits'. Co-founder of new shoes today, master in reducing risk aversion.

Mike Van Der Vijver - MIND MEETINGMike van der Vijver worked for over a decade as an international conference interpreter, possibly sitting through more events than anybody in the Meeting Industry. His company was conceived when he started to focus his attention to the communication process beyond language translation: bridging the gap between people from different cultures. His understanding of the differences in perception between cultures has made Mike into what he is now, an intercultural consultant and trainer. Mike lives in both Neapels (Italy) and Zeist (the Netherlands). Co-founder of MindMeeting.
