    A single or multiple programs can be opened at the same time inWindows. Multiple open programs can be difficult to handle and confusing and

    one has to manage them to organize and make working with them a lot faster.

    Maximize button when clicked allows the selected program to

    occupy the entire desktop screen.

    Restore button appears when the program is maximized or

    occupied the entire desktop screen. By clicking on the restore button, theprogram window returns to its original or default window size.

    Minimize button when clicked will reduce the window to just an

    icon on the taskbar, the window will not be visible on the screen.

    Close button The close button closes and exits the program.

    computer. The keyboard has letters, numbers, special keys and manyother keys. They are used as a means to input data and give commands

    to the computer. The keyboard together with the mouse are the two most

    important input devices of a computer.

    Parts of the Keyboard

    Functions keys these keys are used as shortcut to common

    commands to faster action.

    Number keys these keys are used to type in numbers

    Letter keys these keys are used to type in letters

    Tab key This key is used to type spaces between wordsArrow keys also known as cursor control keys. They are used

    to move the pointer around the screen

    Number keypads these keys are used to type numbers. They

    are arranged like a calculator

    Windows Key these key is used to open the Star Menu of the

    Windows Program

    Modifier Keys these are special keys that change normal key

    action of another key when the two are pressed together

    Other keys these keys add functions to the keyboeard such faster

    navigation and control around a document
