Weddings at Sheen Falls Lodge
Set within a 300-acre estate overlooking Kenmare Bay, at the foot of the dramatic Caha Mountains and the cascading Sheen Falls, this is the start of something very special: the perfect backdrop for your big day.
Of all the wedding venues in Ireland, Sheen Falls Lodge is a simply spectacular choice for a wedding ceremony, reception, civil ceremony or partnership. We can play host to year-round events for between 14 and 200 guests, ideal for both small intimate gatherings and exclusive-use occasions, with a number of different elegant venues and spaces guided by the number of your wedding party.
Then, combine this with an outstanding wedding dining experience. A culinary feast of fresh, local produce is at our head chef's disposal, meaning you can choose from a refined and exceptional set menu, or we are more than happy to discuss your specific requirements. Champagne receptions, informal summer BBQs and evening buffets are also possible. And of course, exclusive room rates are available for your wedding, so that you and your guests can retire at your own leisure to mark the perfect end to a magical day
The Wedding Options
Exclusive use of the hotel – The Falls Restaurant (200 guests)The Falls Restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests with the adjacent Cocktail Bar and Sun Lounge ideal for your drinks reception and entertainment. The Falls which is elegantly decorated boasts stunning views over the Sheen waterfalls. Minimum numbers of 120 guests apply for exclusive use weddings.
Sir William Petty Suite (100 guests)The Sir William Petty Suite, overlooking Kenmare Bay provides a perfect location for smaller wedding parties.
The Drawing Room (24 guests) The Library (14 guests)If your wedding is a more intimate gathering then our Drawing Room or Library are ideal options. Both rooms have views overlooking Kenmare Bay.

or on the Sunday following your wedding, a minimum of 25 rooms must be held with commitment to dining in house

Sheen Falls Lodge Binding Agreement
We will provisionally reserve a date for a maximum of one week, at which time it is at the hotel’s discretion to release the date unless it has been confirmed to the hotel and the following has been received:
A signed copy of terms and conditions to confirm acceptance of the same
A non-refundable deposit of € 2000
Credit Card details are required to secure a booking. This is used as security on the booking and would only be charged in the event of the final bill not being paid
