Ben has been involved in real estate in the Lexington area since 1997. He has a degree in Political Science

from Eastern Kentucky University where he also studied urban politics. Ben is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman

Marketing program, a member of Build Lexington, and a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of

Realtors and a Life member of the Million Dollar Club.

Ben is a Ball Homes New Construction Specialist for the Lexington and Versailles area. He enjoys helpingpeople realize their dreams of homeownership,

particularly those with special needs andsituations. He is active in sales in Lexington,

Georgetown and Versilles.
