How many portions can we make in an hour? We can meet whatever capacity you would require - large or small. A private function of 100pax would normally take us 1 hour max service time. For large corporate functions we canbring extra teams to make sure we meet demand and time constraints as required. Are you halaal certified? No - we aren't Halaal certified ourselves. We do however purchase from a Halaal certifiedbutcher. If you require a few strictly Halaal or Kosher meals, we are able to source from a100% certified caterer as part of our service. Does your cheese contain animal renet? Yes, our parmesan does contains animal renet. Do you have a kiddies menu? Our Gujon Chicken is a kiddies favourite and we can do smaller portions and without spicysauces to suit your needs.

Do you have vegan or vegetarian options? Yes - we do. Please look out for them on our menu. We can also customise to suit yourneeds should you need more options. Will Andrew or Hezron come to our event? We have very experienced team leaders that manage private and corporate events. Shouldyou specifically request either Andrew or Hezron the fee is R1000,00 ex vat. Do you chant at private or corporate events? Yes, our teams will bring the vibe. If chanting is not appropriate, please confim on booking. Do you have catering packages for Year Ends? Yes, we can put together a full event package to meet your needs.

GENERAL
The Client, the Client's Company and/or the Client’s representative will indemnifySumting Fresh for any damage caused to premises and its contents by themselves, theircontracted suppliers, agents or by guests attending the event.Should any of the guests be unable to correct any aspect of poor behaviour or activitiesunacceptable to Sumting Fresh, the Company reserves the right to terminate their stay.Should this occur, no monies will be refunded. Sumting Fresh’s decision is final. Sumting Fresh will not be liable for any failure to provide or any delay in providingfacilities, services, food or beverages as a result of events or matters outside its control.Sumting Fresh logo may be used in media and promos, upon proof of the promotionalmaterial being agreed with Sumting Fresh. Sumting Fresh reserves the right to insist thatthe material be withdrawn and failure to do so would be in contravention to the terms ofthis agreement.

'SPAYMENT
Final Payment is due prior to 24 hours of the event or no meals will be served - unless acredit facility has been arranged with Sumting Fresh.All payments must be made in ZAR.Sumting Fresh reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 3% for each 30-dayperiod cumulatively, or part thereof, that the account remains unpaid, calculated from onemonth after the date of invoice until payment in full is received.Clients will be liable for any accounts remaining unsettled by their guests after departureand these will be added to the final invoice.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
A booking is termed provisional until the signed copy of invoice is received together withthe required deposit and credit account facilities have been opened. Sumting Fresh reserves the right to release the above provisionally held dates if thisconfirmation is not received within a reasonable period. 75% deposit required to secure booking. Remainder to be paid 1 week prior to event.

AMENDMENTS TO THE BOOKING
Should the Client make significant changes to the programme or the expected number ofguests, this may result in amendments in the applicable rates and /or facilities offered bySumting Fresh and will include any additional costs incurred. Any amendments to guestnumbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to Sumting Fresh in writing in allinstances.Reduction in the duration or contracted value of the booking will be subject to SumtingFresh cancellation policies. Numbers must be advised to Sumting Fresh, at the time ofthe verbal or written confirmation and will be identified on the Agreement.Final timings, menus and any special request must be confirmed to Sumting Fresh atleast 7 days prior to the date of the event. Final numbers, within the terms stated must be notified to Sumting Fresh by 12 noon 2working days (48 hours) prior to the date of the event. These will then be the minimumnumber for which the Client will be charged, provided they do not go below the confirmednumbers.

CANCELLATION POLICY & DEFINITIONS
Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to SumtingFresh in the first instance verbally and thereafter be confirmed in writing to SumtingFresh.In the unfortunate circumstances that the Client has to cancel or postpone the confirmedbooking at any time prior to the event, the following conditions will apply : Cancellation atany time - forfeiture of deposits paid | Cancellation of a date within a period of 7 days thedate of the event - 75% of the estimated total spend for the event at the time ofcancellation.CANCELLATION BY SUMTING FRESH: - Sumting Fresh reserves the right to cancel aconfirmed booking on the following basis : 1. If the booking might, in the opinion of theCompany, prejudice the reputation of Sumting Fresh. 2. If the Client is more than 14 daysin arrears of previous payments due to Sumting Fresh. 3. If the Company becomesaware of any alteration in the Client's financial situation. 4. If the Client is in breach of anyof the terms of this agreement. We also offer half options at 75% of the price.
