Step 1
Exchange Plan:
Know your Quarter wise and By Sub Product GIP goals (in the GIP Focus you have whether iGIP or
oGIP or Both)
Strategic Plan:
Understand your GIP Strategic Plan for 2014 (not just MC term)
like Entity partners, Raising strategy, Ma rate and Ma time
goal etc.
Step 2
Understand along with the MCP and MCVP GIP , TM and OD which are the LCs
the need to grow a LOT/JUMP in the focus GIP
Programme
Step 3
• Check whether you have enough people to Ra, Ma, Re for the summer peak.
• If not, Plan for this increase in capacity through re allocation or optimized GIP Specific Recruitment.
• USE PLANNING FRAMEWORK!
An INCREASE in Ambition Normally means an Increase
in Capacity or the need to Build Capacity
Step 4
• Plan Specific L&D for the summer peak (CURRENT AND ELECT together)
• Look at EVERY Channel: LC Visits, Virtual continuous training, conferences and coaching calls
• Plan an OPTIMIZED and EFFECTIVE Induction process together (current and elect) - USE PLANNING FRAMEWORK!
We need to grow in the next 3 months, Our EXISTING members need to have the knowledge and leadership
ability to do this
We need to grow in summer peak and 2014. Our new
members need to perform FASTER and Have HIGH
productivity

Set the RIGHT KPIs to Measure your progress
ALWAYS CONSIDER How can we drive the 2015 culture and performance
through TM and OD as functions?
Embedding the behaviours into all
our TM Process and OD functions (Eg: Induction and LC
Coaching)
Value Based Recruitment into

Embedding Gen2015 messages into National LEAD
Implementation, specifically LCP
