Ensure that you do not engage in Nipple stimulation prior to completing 37 weeks of pregnancy as this can cause pre-term contractions.

Ensure that your child gets a minimum of 60-90 minutes of physical exercise during the day. This could be in the form of free play or sports. The important thing is that the child should enjoy the activity.
