A PROUD MOMENT FOR SINGERLEWAK...

We would like to announce a couple of tremendous accolades and acknowledgements SingerLewak

has received this month. The first is that we are on the cover of the March, 2011 edition of 

Account ing Today (hitting the stands March 11, 2011). We will be featured in the Practice Profile 

section for being ahead of the industry curve, with the creation of SingerLewak Systems – a Cloud

Computing advisory service – as well as for the strides we’ ve made in providing IT training to our

professionals.

Cloud Computing and Software-as-a-Service are now part of the mainstream. SingerLewak Systems

was created in 2010 to allow our clients to take full advantage of the cost-savings and business best

practices, by deploying software served over the internet to businesses of all sizes. Our current

offerings are anchored by our flagship product, Intacct – financial accounting software, that isexclusively endorsed by the AICPA. We’ re among the few top CPA firms to offer this opportunity to

clients, and expect that this technological trend will provide great value to business clients that seek

to focus on their core functions, and leave the managing of technology to trusted advisors.

Our second announcement is that, once again, Account ing Today  ranked SingerLewak in the Top 100

Accounting Firms in the country, and #8 in the West Region (up 2 spots from 2010).

And while we appreciate our ranking which is based on size, our most important measure of success in

the marketplace, is the quality of our work and high service standards for our clients. To quantify, we

 just wrapped up our Client Satisfaction Survey season and are pleased to report back to you the

following results:

For our Tax Services: 

Professional Services: 92% of our Tax clients reported “Excellent/Very Good” experiences

Client Services: 91% of our Tax clients reported “Excellent/Very Good” experiences

Overall Level of Satisfaction: 97% of our Tax clients were “Extremely Satisfied/Satisfied”  

For our Assurance & Adviso ry Services: 

Professional Services: 90% of our A&A clients reported “Excellent/Very Good” experiences

Client Services: 95% of our A&A clients reported “Excellent/Very Good” experiences

Overall Level of Satisfaction: 92% of our A&A clients were “Extremely Satisfied/Satisfied”  

For us, this is just as important, if not even more important, than being ranked in a national

publication. It reinforces our enduring commitment and dedication to reach a 100% level of 

satisfaction from all of our clients. This is what we stand for.…this is our P.R.I.D.E.
