The Timber City Academy Batch 1994 in cooperation with Club Moffs is organizing the 2016 Ragga Ragga Electronic Music Festival oin May 14, 2016 during the city’s celebration of the annual Balangay Festival with an estimated foot traffic of 6,000. A signficant part of the proceeds will be added to our reserve funds once we host the alumni homecoming in 2019. We have surveyed several prospective venues around the city but we have not found any other venue that meets our safety and security considerations. We have attached a revised floor plan that will hopefully address your concerns on possible damages. Please note that our revised floor plan will no longer include the parking area, only the lot at the right side of the building. Our security plan and metal railing (5ft high) will definitely reduce the possibility of damages. However, if there will be damages incurred, we are committed to replace or pay the corresponding amount.
