As a valued member of the Brewzzi Italian American Microbrewery, Sophia has demonstrated unrelenting willingness to go above and beyond for whatever challenge was called for. Sophia started in our fine establishment as a server and made it her goal to be the best server that we had and because she dives head first into accomplishing every goal that she sets, through her hard work and perseverance it took Sophia a very short time to earn the contested and coveted position of Brewzzi Senior Server.
