What is important this present time inyour world is to know the pioneerleaders of your past who greatlyinfluenced your world today. Theleaders of today, this present moment,should share and embrace the samefaith, philosophy and objective as thepeople. They, the leaders, shouldthereby raise each of the governed tohis or her own level, according to theprinciples of consistency from beginning to end.

It is not theexclusive possession of one group ofpeopleor of one race. Common senseis the universal inheritance of allHuman Beings and other life forms. Itis really the root of our existance. So,let's learn and teach each othercommon sense. It is not a religion.There arc no founders. It has nodogma, and has no scriptures.Common sense appears to have fewfollowers, especially in WashingtonD.C. It's time that we the people takeover the roles on leadership, and healourselves, our familiies, and our world.I am also attending the University ofEarth, and feel overwhelmed at timeswith the negativity that has become acommon attitude amongst our races.However, I have come to know in myheart, that once my perception hasbeen exposed to higher knowledge andconsciousness, I simply cannot returnto denial. Moranay hasexpressed the hope that it would be allof us. But, it does not appear to themthat all of us on the Earth are readyfor unconditional self-responsibility. Ionce asked Vasais what the future ofour race is, here on Earth. I stillremember the look he gave me and thesmall, simple smile that came over hisface. He looked at me in the eyes andhis own eyes became excited. At leastthat's the only way I know how todescribe them. His pupils started tochange color as he spoke. This iswhat he said of us here on Earth andour own future: "Responsible freedomof self-determination. Becoming trulyself-confident and free to unconditionally be responsible for one self,without being coerced to accept somehigher authority."

The Andromedans are very concernedthat we as a race have become and arebeing over-stimulated by ourincreasing technical capacity. Theyfeel that we are coneentrating most ofour energies on the production andconsumption of physical matter orthings, as Vasais calls it, and in theprocess, we experience ourselves as athing,manipulating machines and thenbeing manipulated by them. Andromedans feel that when we are notexploiting others we are exploitingourselves. We are using our humanessence as a means to serve ourexistence, that we are using our mindsand consciousness to satisfy our everexpanding false reality and to appeaseour artificial material needs. The Andromedans have alsexpressed the idea, that real freedom inot a fact, but a possibility. Freedommust be gained specifically against thobstacles and conditions to which ware exposed to. Vasais and Moranahave suggested that each one of ulook deeper into ourselves, and sewhether we know or don't know, twhat extent we are really free and task ourselves why not. Vasais has observed that we as a race,are trying to have, instead of beingwhat we are, and our desire to "have",to "possess", becomes more real thanour being. Vasais and Moranay alsoadded, that we are in real danger oflosing the identity of our personality,that this is what happened to theGrays, and they are dying. We shouldnot want to follow their example.On one particular contact, bothMoranay and Vasais stated that theyview our world as a world of gossip,of meaningless talk, in which no onein particular is responsible foranything. They said that they feel thatwe are forming concepts of life basedsolely on experience, that wanting tojus t experience all things, we couldlose our being and identity.Our humanity doesn't have a compass.We don't really know in what directionwe are going, that we are and havebeen wandering around and around indifferent directions without anydefinite direction. When I asked inwhat direction we should be going inVasais answered, "In the direction ofwisdom. You have much wisdomscattered all around your world, and aslong as its in this form it is of noparticular value to your race. Only inbringing your wisdoms together andconcentrating, can it become a realforce for reason." EEl

A leader also needs to be impartial.He must not be swayed by his own

feelings or self-serving considerations.Always eager to give a fair hearing toreasonable suggestions, but firm inprotesting self-serving goals ormistaken views, even to his seniors.Leaders should be careful of those thatflatter them, as not to cater to theirpersonal agendas. Leaders shouldcultivate the sense to spot cheap tricks,lies and sneakiness. They must alsoput the right person in the right placeand be courageous about it. The ideais to build long-term integrity in allaspects of life and leadership. Alwaysacknowledge the inconspicuous errortsof others, as all souls are part of andcontribute to the whole.Your leaders should also have selfconfidence, courage and decisiveness.Leaders must believe in their ability toprotect their members and help themadvance to self-responsibility so allmay become determined.Those persons who have done theinner work on the path of being a truehuman being, acquire wisdom andcourage and are true leaders. Theyalways have faith in themselves.Those who walk the path of heart willdiscover that through faith emergeswisdom. And this same faith enablesthe leaders to employ their wisdomeffectively in all situations. Courage isindispensable to be a leader. Leadership is no place for cowardice. Always strive to advance wisdom andcourage.Building an honest and healthy race ofhuman beings, means producing aworld of leaders of true law ofoneness. Development of faith, integrity and character is both thestarting point and the end result. Thiswill make all people capable humanbeings. Every child born in yourworld is a new opportunity to build anhonest and real world.Leaders need not criticize each erroron the part on their members or staff.A leader should praise them for whatthey have done well and capably.
