Why the Chartered LegalExecutiveapprenticeship isgoodfor your businessACharteredLegalExecutiveis a lawyer who hasfollowed aprescribedroute to qualification setout by theCharteredInstitute of LegalExecutives(CILEx).CharteredLegalExecutivesareeligible tobecomepartners in law firms.Anapprentice completing the CharteredLegalExecutiveApprenticeshipwill complete the Level3 andLevel6 CILExProfessionalqualifications aspart of the Apprenticeship.In addition they willbe required to passan independent endpointassessmentat the endof their Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship FundingLevypaying employers (employerswith a paybill over£3mper year)– your levy funds canbeusedto payfor apprenticeships.
If you are a non-levy paying employer 95%of theapprenticeship training and assessment costs will be paid bythe government and youwill only have to contribute theremaining 5%.
Governmentincentives are available if you take onapprentices between 16– 18yearsof age.
