Dear Executive,

Almost every day you can read about nearshoring in the papers. Still, it remains difficult to get quality information and insightful analysis on the key strategic and operational issues. To help bridge these gaps, the Value Leadership Group was retained by Reksoft to organize and moderate this special event.

The event will offer a stimulating interaction with a carefully selected group of distinguished independent experts and experienced industry practitioners. By attending this event you will acquire new knowledge and fresh perspectives on innovative nearshoring strategies and how to apply them to enhance your company's competitive edge.

Discussion topics will include:• What unique benefits does nearshoring offer?• Can my company gain strategic business value from nearshoring?• What nearshoring strategies are Nordic IT services and technology companies pursuing?• Are Nordic companies satisfied with their nearshoring experiences?• Do I need to be concerned about contractual and Intellectual Property issues?

Edwin Moses, SVP of Teleca. Edwin will present Teleca’s transformation experience – How the company reinvented itself and created a new high performance growth platform, by shifting to a distributed delivery model. Today almost 60% of Teleca’s engineers are located in nearshore centers.

Stefan Wård, Senior IT Equity Research Analyst, Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Stefan will provide the latest research on the Nordic IT sector and why many firms are developing distributed delivery models.

Filip Schulman, a project manager from Tieto Enator’s Forest & Energy business unit in Finland. Filip will present his experience of managing a complex 2-year nearshoring development project in Russia.

Alexander Egorov, the CEO of Reksoft, a leading nearshore services firm. Alexander will present Reksoft’s vision for the future and how he will make Reksoft the nearshore firm of choice for companies in the Nordics.

I will present my perspectives on why companies must think about their nearshoring activities in new ways – why companies must link their nearshoring to business strategies that create new competitive positions.

In addition, we will have an executive roundtable. The roundtable will include Mikko Kestilä, the VP of R&D-Finland and professional services for Airwide Solutions in Finland and an IT delivery manager from a leading Swedish retailer. Elisabet Lundgren, a partner and Head of the Nordic TMT practice of Linklaters in Stockholm, will discuss how to design strong contracts and protect intellectual property in nearshore services engagements.

We are expecting an international mix of delegates from across the Nordics with responsibilities in the areas of IT, operations, technology development, the finance sector, academia, and industry associations.

I very much look forward to meeting you in Stockholm.

Sincerely yours,

President & CEOValue Leadership Group
