    COMMUNICATION FAILURE

    Motor test higher than idle regime is allowed at stand 12 of apron 2 and/or taxi-holding positionbetween twys T6 and T7.Requests for motor test will be addressed to TWR who will decide the zone where the motor test isto be performed.

    Arriving acft will hold position in the first segment of the twy where the ILS sensitive area isvacated, waiting for a "FOLLOW ME" car in order to be guided to the assigned stand.Departing acft will continue by the assigned route to its clearance limit, taking extreme cautionto avoid detours. Acft must remain at this point and wait for the arrival of a "FOLLOW ME" carin order to be guided to the stand or holding position assigned.

    LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP)

    GENERAL:The runway 04 is equipped with ILS and authorized for CAT II operations and take-off in low visibility.The runway 22 is authorized for take-off in low visibility.

    A. LVP will be applied subject to following conditions:- When RVR is 600m or below with any transmissometer.- When cloud base height is 250' (75m) or below according to the meteorological report.

    C. RVR values will be supplied directly by ATC services in accordance to the following:- RVR ALPHA: Reading corresponding to the touch-down zone.- RVR BRAVO: Reading corresponding to the runway midpoint.- RVR CHARLY: Reading corresponding to the runway end.

    D. When CAT II approaches will take place, the landing clearance will not be given after the acftis located 2 NM from TDZ and only will be supplied when ILS sensitive areas (LSA) are vacated.Every acft on final approach at 2 NM from TDZ without clearance to land, will have to executemissed approach.

    E. LVP will be canceled:- When all the transmissometer register RVR values higher than 1000m.- When the cloud base height is 300' (90m) according to the meteorological report and the tendency

    is to increase these values.

    GROUND MOVEMENT:

    Pilots will proceed to verify at every moment the acft position, specially in intersections, checkingthat taxiing is being executed under total safety conditions. In case of being disorientated or indoubt, pilots will stop the acft and immediately will notify to ATC.

    Acft that have already landed must leave the runway in use and route towards RAMP 1 or RAMP 2 bysome of the taxiways specified below, except otherwise advised by ATC:
