INTRODUCTION PORTFOLIO OF WORK
Business Development Officer, Internet Manager, BDC Rep, Internet Sales Manager, to me none of
these titles fully describe the nature of our profession. And yes, it is a profession when seen by proper eyes
however it’s not so much about the title. It’s more all about the job description. The job description as it
should be is that of a highly skilled professional or someone that is aspiring to work hard to be such.
This type of work requires discipline, stamina, hardline organizational skills and talent in sales as well as
stellar communication. You must be goal-oriented and feel the thrill of the pursuit of the next sale but
above all; one must be committed to doing right by the customer no matter how difficult they might make
that task seem at times.
I believe this profession can become one of the most rewarding and distinguishing roles within a dealer-
ship. If you have the vision along with the skills coupled with the tools and the team to provide the
support this profession demands; there’s no limit to the rewards. Housed within a proper environment,
success can be bountiful and one’s success is the success of the department, of the store and above all; the
customer. The ultimate success will always be the result of providing each customer with the ulti-
mate sales experience.

Co-founded and independently financed ICRE; a Commercial Real Estate Advisory and capital placement firm which garnered an outstanding reputation for exceptional service and transactional structuring within the residential and commercial real estate market. ICRE was eventually operated in large part by the technology we developed that automat-ed processes, made us paperless and gave anyone involved in the transaction access to updates and progress in real time as well as the documents, transactional logs and stipulation tracking to site a few.
