Lianne Grosvenor Graduate in BSc Architectural Technology (1st Hons) Mob: 07443543791 Email: [email protected] Projects Present- 2015-2016- 2014-2015- 2014-2013- Luxury Gym Interior (Design challenge) My key role has been creating 3d visual /walkthrough and the creation of overall design vison and concept. (Revit) (Kinetik, Health & wellness) Grad4Nott, Nottingham Barracks Square – Gloucester Prison (University) Final major scheme was a proposal for demolition of Gloucester prison and the erection 3 storey mixed used Building. This required a series of technological and design challenges including the sensitive integration listed buildings within the site. (Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign) Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham Reimaging of Middle Hill- Group project (University) The Winning proposal. The Project required us create a design for one Britain’s ugliest street. My role creating design vision and creating a streetscape with pedestrian hierarchy and cycle ways. Nottingham Trent University & Nottingham City council Built for Life Review (University) Coursework project review of Housing developments by means of the Built for life. Project has given me greater understanding good and bad design of housing schemes. Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham Drawing Packages (Placement) As a Trainee Architectural Technologist. I supported the Health Team on a variety of projects ranging in value from £50,000.00 to £1.5 million. I gained experience in preparing planning drawings and submitting planning applications as well as preparing working drawing packages and undertaking masterplans for Hospitals. (Vectorworks) Quattro Design Architects, Gloucester Cheapside Secondary School (University) Final 2nd year project which focused on legalisation requirements needed for a school and concreate construction. Passive Design

Biophilia /Research Project The scheme also have special emphasis on the experiences within in the office environment and will explore biophilia design to create surroundings that benefits our wellbeing and productivity. Connecting with the natural world can impact how we feel and how we experience our environment. The design shall provide opportunities to take benefits of nature by including space that allows users to engage or view nature.

Concept From prison to Creative Business Hub, Barracks Square resolves a series of technological and design challenges including the sensitive integration and re-use of five Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings. Modern contemporary design will be combined with the existing urban fabric to create of flexible office space with a range of facilities open to the public: canteen, retail and exhibition space. Reflecting the traditional red brick construction of the prison, the development features a modern interpretation of the imposing prison walls. The Project inspires to create landmark within Gloucester whilst, also providing an avenue to connect two sides of the city, the recent regenerated Docks and the city centre.
